Terms & Conditions for Rejected Shipments
Green Village Services LLC (âGVSâ) shall not be held liable for any rejection of a shipment by the designated delivery location, regardless of the reason for said rejection. In the event of a delivery rejection, GVS will attempt to facilitate the return of the package(s) to the original pickup location, pending approval from the original shipper/client. This return service is subject to an additional fee, which must be paid in full prior to the return being initiated. GVS does not guarantee same day return delivery and will schedule the return at its earliest convenience. The client acknowledges and agrees that the return delivery may be subject to delays.
